Duocast is ISO 27001 certified. ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security within the context of general business risks. Duocast meets the specific requirements of this standard through a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS). As a trusted partner in the healthcare sector, Duocast also complies with the NEN 7510 standard for information security, which is specifically designed for healthcare organizations in the Netherlands.
ISAE 3402 type I
Since 2018, Duocast has been ISAE 3402 certified. ISAE 3402 is an international standard for reporting on outsourced processes. It provides assurance regarding the quality of internal processes and control measures related to the services delivered by a service organization. To comply with the standard, a formal report must be prepared. ISAE 3402 Type I reporting focuses on the design and existence of the control measures within a service organization. Duocast holds a Type I statement.
